ok so Horsie has finally made the leap...
He finds being tickled FUNNY and reacts to our attempts at tickling him...
you see most parents would take this step for granted...neurotypical kiddies automatically access certain parts of their brain to feel pleasure and laugh and be tickled and enjoy it all at once...
For our Horsie this has been a GREAT developmental milestone...
And one we are so proud of...
LONG MAY WE TICKLERS Flourish!!!'
In part it may be because of the extra OMEGA 3 "Nordic Naturals Omega 3" google it - its amazing stuff!!!
We started adding it to his afternoon bottie - yes he still drinks a bottie we tried weaning a few times but Horsie just aint ready to let go quite yet!
And I personally think addition to that and his Aldactone a powerful anti inflammatory for kids with Autism has really started to change things around...so much so that we skipped one dose and we had a Horsie who was moody and almost in a complete mushy shambles!
So thank you for the Omega 3 and tickles..
Its the smallest things...
Gratitude!!!
LOVE!!!
Amazement!!!
Soaking it up
Have a beautiful Thursday all.
LIVE NOW - NO OPPORTUNITIES WASTED!!! LIVE in the NOW!
Every day more and more children in South Africa are born with Autism.
Cullen was born 15 September 2006...
Children with Autism dont show emotion, dont make eye contact, dont play, dont interact, often have problems with Speech and fine motor control...
Cullen continues to challenge himself and conquer all of this...
The Challenge - SPEECH and FINE MOTOR CO-ORDINATION, MORE PLAY, MORE INTERACTION...
Follow our journey, our challenge, our triumph, our lives...
